Execution
This means signing, sealing and formally delivering a Deed or contract thus
becoming a done deal. Following execution all parties are bound by the agreement
which is no longer ‘Subject to Contract’.
The contract in question may still be conditional but the conditions will be set
out in the deed and no longer implied or negotiable.
