    Richard Graves qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1969 and elected to Fellow in 1983. Educated at Bridlington School, where he is now a Foundation Trustee, followed by college in Sheffield and early employment with Kingston upon Hull Council, British Railways Property Board, a development Company and Private Practice before starting Lewis & Graves in 1973. Over the past 40 years he has carried out 100s of surveys and valuations for private clients, Banks and lending institutions.

    Richard Dunk started his career in the London office of a large national agency but returned to Bridlington in the 1960s to expand and develop the already established Agency of D. Dunk, Estate Agents in Chapel Street. On the death of his father in 1968, he took over the management of D. Dunk ( Builders ) Ltd. which has carried out the successful developments of the Sandsacre estate and Martonfields.     Amanda joined us in 2006 from Halifax Estate Agents, being a fully trained Home Moving Advisor/Negotiator and Customer Sales Advisor. She has 14 years’ experience, prior to which she had several years’ experience in office administration as a personal secretary and shorthand typist. Amanda is a Hornsea girl who started her career at the world famous Hornsea Pottery and now lives in Driffield.

    Michelle joined us in March 2016 as a part time Administrative Assistant having over 30 years office experience. Michelle worked as a Commission Clerk for Lombard North Central for six years before leaving to start a family. She then went on to work as a School Nurse Support Worker in the NHS for ten years until she made the move to Bridlington in 2004 with her family.
