Meeting that responsibility day in and day out, in any environment, is our primary focus.
In response to the current situation, we are ready to implement a business continuity plan and have taken actions to ensure continued service to our customers. Rest assured, we are here for you.
First and foremost, our plan ensures the health and safety of our staff, so we can continue to deliver the service you count on. Considering the most recent news and announcements from the World Health Organization (WHO), our office layout meets social distancing recommendations and we have extra hand sanitisers available to staff and visitors. In the event the government closes shops and offices, then our staff are prepared and equipped to work from home to ensure that it’s business as usual
These measures have been taken to limit the potential spread of the virus, to support our staff in this challenging time and to ensure we maintain our ability to serve you, our customer, for the short, medium and long term. We remain vigilant and are monitoring the situation in real time and responding rapidly as conditions evolve.
