D. Dunk, Lewis & Graves was established in 1985 by a merger of D. Dunk Estate Agents and Lewis & Graves Chartered Surveyors, bringing together two long established firms with strong connections in the town and the immediate area.

Our friendly team has many years of combined expereince and are able to offer informed advice on property values for most purposes not least the sale of Residential and Commercial property.

In addition, valuations are provided for probate purposes, matrimonial disputes and insurance re-instatement costs.  Through a relationship with qualified contractors, we are able offer the R.I.C.S Condition Report.

All properties are inspected by our professional staff and we seek to maintain regular contact with buyers and sellers alike. Through our long established relationships with solicitors and other advisors we are able to achieve as smooth a move as possible for all concerned by constantly monitoring the progress of the sale.

Our office is located in a prominent location on one of the busiest streets within the Town Centre and our staff have a reputation for being very helpful and caring.

A fully autotmated system enables us to produce immediate responses to enquiries and to access Rightmove, as well as our own site. This ensures a comprehensive, distinctive, regional and national coverage for the marketing of your property.

In 2004 D. Dunk, Lewis & Graves were invited to join the impressive Relocation Network team.  This national network is extremely selective and is by invitation only membership basing its criteria of services and professionalism. Each member is handpicked after thorough checks including mystery shopping, which identifies them as being the best Agency in the area. This provides strong and positive links with other likeminded agents throughout the country helping clients to move from one location to another.

We are the 'Key to a Successful Move'.
