"Dear Sirs, Just a note to thank you for the successful sale and purchase of my properties. I would like to thank, in particular Amanda and also Tara for their sterling work in finalising the sale and purchase which have not been easy. Without Amanda’s efforts I doubt we would have been successful in obtaining Birch Close. Please thank them on my and my wife’s behalf - they are a credit to your company."
